Eligible Situations for Refund or Exchange
Damaged Items: If the item is damaged (such as broken stitches, leather defects, or any manufacturing issues), we offer both refund and exchange options.
Non-Eligibility for Refund or Exchange: If you simply don’t like the product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We provide detailed descriptions and clear pictures of our products on the product page to help you make an informed purchase decision. Please review all necessary details before placing your order.
Time Frame
The product must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges incurred by Alsultan during the initial delivery will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
In the case of an exchange, no delivery charges will be deducted. However, if the exchanged item has a price difference, the customer is required to pay the difference before or at the time of delivery.
Processing of Refunds or Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition.
For exchanges, the new item will be dispatched after the condition of the returned product is approved.
For refunds, the amount will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
